Everytime that I sign on, I get a notification that I have one new message. When I click on the link, it says "Access Denied". Totally confused :~ Any explanation gratefully received.
I have heard that there is a class action too, but think it is a losing battle. The company that is installing these projects has more money to play with than a few B&b's and Agritourismos against them.
Interesting, pity you cannot get the latest info unless you subscribe. Seems like the commercial sites are popping up all over the place!! Will not be a good investment though if the feed in tarrif keeps being reduced.
Seems that this has now been passed by the Senate. The extension of benefits until December 31, 2011, Stability in the Law, was passed by the House and the Senate on November 19 in the final 7 December 2010 and is now awaiting publication in the Official Gazette.
I questioned the point regarding inverter air/air heating and cooling with an inverter unit. It appears that you can also use this cheap rate supply for this type of unit as well. Yes, BTA can be used both single (NB Nordic Inverter is single phase) or 3 phase, when you request the contatore you have to specify if single or three phase, if you choose three phase, then the inverter will be connected only to one phase (but consider that you have to moltiply by 3 the value of electr. load to calculate the safety limit for other electric appl)
We have had quotes from both companies earlier this year. The Italsure one was quite a lot more expensive, as the insurer included subsidence cover, which could not be removed. Intasure, gave a very good quote, which convinced us to move from the ½ûÂþÌìÌà insurer as soon as we could. Just a quick summary of the cover: Buildings: £1 million cover cost £127.08 Liability: £5 million cover included no extra Accidental Damage £29.70 I have omitted the contents insurance and the taxes, but whichever way I looked at it, it was far better cover than the ½ûÂþÌìÌà company could give, and included the earthquake cover, which they were astounded at it being so cheap as a part of the policy. Not to run Italsure down, we have both cars insured through them for over 3 years now.
The ½ûÂþÌìÌà Government will probably and hopefully eventually fork out. There is a house below us, that was damaged in the Assisi earthquake. Work started on it 18 months ago, when all the compensation claims were approved. Do not think I would like to wait that long to get my house repaired. I believe there are still many people waiting after the Aquila earthquake as well.
Unfortunately can't help on that subject. The best guy who could have possibly helped Lotan 4850, has not posted for 18 months now and he was a guru on insulation issues. Hope someone else can help.

Interesting article from Reuters.
Noticed in an old thread, that you were using Inverters for heating and cooling, so the BTA tarrif may be good or you.
