I know this problem has been mentioned in an earlier post, but it has just reared its ugly head again. When we changed the registration of the Citroen from UK to ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ, despite there being a tow bar fitted, it was not noted on the registration.

Anyone know how to ask for the skin to be left on a pork roast, so that you can get the crackling?? Just had a beautiful loin roast from the butcher, but they cut all the skin off before it is on display, so no nice crunchy bits when roasted.

For those of you, who walk dogs around the San Ruffino tracks. There is an ½ûÂþÌìÌà Woman who sometimes has been seen there with an Alsatian, quite often not on a lead.

Stalk & clean 1lb of sloes, prick all over with a darning needle and put in a bottling jar. Add 3-4oz of granulated sugar + a few drops of almond essence or a little Noyeau liqueur.

Is there a function so that we can insert a PDF or Word document into a post? I have some information for the Energy certificate topic, but cannot see any way to insert it without copying and pasting( PDF of about 7 pages).

The last few weeks, have been walking the dog past the above park area in the evenings. The picnic/viewing area is virtually overgrown, with only the first few metres of grass having been cut, empty plastic bottles strewn around the bins etc.

I checked a few years ago with the tyre centre about using these here and was told only Police/Forestale could use them. This may of course have changed.

Further to Pennys post, I saw today on the Foligno/Macerata road, new notices stating the dates for these regulations, start date for that road 01/12. Suppose you could be lucky and get away with it, but is it worth the risk? Our 4x4 has winter tyres (no chains), as does the normal car with chains carried as well.

Look into a Air Source Heat Pump. You can get special electricity rates to run it. Much lower than the normal charges.

Raggio. It was not the norm here in Marche and we have lived here permanently since 2004. I object to going to a restaurant that charges E3.50 pp cover charge for a c**p meal with the same standard of service and poor quality food (20 mins to overcook a fillet steak, Blue as asked .. forget it at that place, obviously defrosted first rather too much ). Lasagne must have been cooked a few days ahead, as was blackened and like eating rubber.
