We now have a new addition to the family here, a orphaned leveret. It is only about 8 days old now, but seems to be doing quite well and putting on weight. Feeding it a kitten milk mixture. Anyone else had experience of bringing them up??

Have just seen that there is a proposed filling station strike next week for 2 days!!
Italymag's latest post has just amused us here, about the ½ûÂþÌìÌà Chef Aldo Zilli, as being one of the first to introduce "proper" ½ûÂþÌìÌà food into London. There were many restaurants in London, in the 70's prior to him arriving. One, San Frediano,
Hope nobody has booked flights with this airline in Italy
Didn't take long, before it started. Non ½ûÂþÌìÌà B&B!!! From a TripAdvisor commentBreakfast on the patio was excellent- even including bacon and eggs!
Wonder if anyone having the same problems:1. You read a post logged in, then refresh and then it tells you that you have x number of unread posts, even though you have read all.
Because it was raining today, thought to do some price comparisons re non ½ûÂþÌìÌà B&B's to ½ûÂþÌìÌà ones in Marche. I will not name any, but to be honest, you are better staying in ½ûÂþÌìÌà establishments.
New regulations for those who drive down via France for 2012

From information that I have, as stated above is that at this current time there are no new incentives for 2011. There are still 3 months to go, but that is the current situation, but this is Italy!!!Â
Going back to an earlier post here on income tax incentives for renewable energy heating systems. It appears you only have until the end of Sept to submit claims for installations completed in 2009. The current incentives are scheduled to finish 31/12/2010, but I will try to get further information if there is anything new for 2011.
Why not send a PM to her as she is a very knowledgeable lawyer who postson this forum? Although she is based here, I am sure she could either recommend someone, or maybe help you herself.
Angie Just a thought. Are you using a digital or analogue house phone? With the digital I keep to fairly high speed, but if I plug in the analogue one I slow to a snails pace. Try unplugging your phone to see if it speeds up. K
I never said anywhere in my comment that I had lived most of my life in Italy, so I do not know where you managed to read that. In fact my time here is about 6 years. Obviously I have had experience of the NHS, long waiting times for tests, consultant visits, mri's etc, plus the A&E departments having to wait for hours to be seen. I have not come across this here......... but perhaps someone else has? Re prescriptions and healthcare, I am resident, as only 61, but under my wifes E121 as I have been for a number of years, so therefore covered without having private medical insurance or paying for any other cover. Hope this clarifies a few points
Melbreak. Easy to see how much better the hospitals here are in my experience. Pneumonia, radiologist said I should go straight into hospital for 1 week .......... 2 weeks later they found after the pneumonia had cleared, that there was a bad heart valve as well. Referred to another cardiac hospital....... 2 days of tests....... weekend home.... Monday in specialist hospital ......... valve replacement on wed ...... home tues after. Some of the drugs were E50 for the time I had to use then, but for the prescription they were free, as were the blood tests for the warfarin levels for 3 months. Would you get that on the NHS?
We have just finished a long standing dispute (5 years) with a builder that the geometra recommended to finish the house here. His words to us at the time were "I am the judge and jury of the works", but when it came to the dispute over the standard of the work, he hid his head in the sand. He can also be a witness for both parties in a dispute, so would never trust them, as probably depends as to who butters his bread better.
How high is the house, as if only 2 floors, the roof ring may not be needed?
Here are a couple of links to posts that I put on the old forum on the subject. If you need any specific information, then you can PM me.

Hi Finn Have sent you a PM. Just to elaborate, it can be incorporated with an existing heating system if that is compatible, or standalone. If upgrading, then you can get the IVA @ 4% subject to certain conditions on an upgrade.
