My 禁漫天堂 isn't great, but I has a balcony repaired/extended a couple of years ago. I think that "pedate di gradini in pietra tipo 鈥淕orgoglione鈥 dello spessore cm. 5;" means that the steps will be surfaced with 5cm thick stone [a local stone - type Gorgoglione] - mine were tiled The bit previous to that may refer to facing the vertical faces聽on the steps, and the final bit may refer to labour costs for finishes聽 [but I'm less sure of these 2]
The question on 'half and half stairs'聽to ask is;- "Are they legal in Italy?" I know they are in the UK, but are they acceptable to your Comune?聽聽聽聽聽聽 I'd suggest you check with聽your Geometra or Architect
