After my success answering Annec's question, its my turn. However, I鈥檓 not clever enough for an 鈥樈焯免 question 鈥 so I鈥檒l go for one with a 鈥楪reek鈥 connection insteadI鈥檓 a 鈥榮ad鈥 man who likes numbers.
My 禁漫天堂 isn't great, but I has a balcony repaired/extended a couple of years ago. I think that "pedate di gradini in pietra tipo 鈥淕orgoglione鈥 dello spessore cm. 5;" means that the steps will be surfaced with 5cm thick stone [a local stone - type Gorgoglione] - mine were tiled The bit previous to that may refer to facing the vertical faces聽on the steps, and the final bit may refer to labour costs for finishes聽 [but I'm less sure of these 2]
The question on 'half and half stairs'聽to ask is;- "Are they legal in Italy?" I know they are in the UK, but are they acceptable to your Comune?聽聽聽聽聽聽 I'd suggest you check with聽your Geometra or Architect
Before I converted to metano [mains gas] I ran a gas cooker and instantaneous water heater [for hot water and bath/shower] quite easily on small bottled gas 聽
Have now risked trying the concoction Very liqueur-like, obviously a bit sweet, but with a nice taste from the sloes. Got a distinct 'heating effect' in stomach after the 'sip' traveled down there. Thinking, therefore, of 'Sloe Burner' ................. but still open to suggestions
"Yes it is 110volts so needs a step down transformer - they can be bought from Maplins in UK for 拢15 to 拢20, in Italy they are probably available ......." If you can't readily find a step down transformer, as a [temporary?] measure I聽suppose you could always buy an electric聽shaver point [110V/220V] and wall mounting box,聽wire it to a plug and use the 110V output to power the American sepentino
