Hi Valentine. In Italy you can have a Partita Iva and be a Libero Professionista. You should apply for a Partita Iva at the Camera di Commercio. This will enable you to work for as many private organizations as you can afford to, in the same period. Usually a Libero Professionista works on Progetti (see "contratto a progetto" above).Good luck for you projects :)Will PM you with a good language course.Ìý
ÌýHi Dave and Anna,a warm welcome to both of you to the Italy Community.Certainly life in southern Italy is slightly different from the northern area of the country for many reasons: culture, job, religion, food.ÌýHope you'll get used to and that you'll find a community of friends in Calabria.
Liguria! A very nice region that I visited a couple of years ago.ÌýThe land of pesto and of the magic Riviera where you can now enjoy a cycle-pedestrian path that leads you from Tuscany to Southern France. What a better chance to walk the path and take a look at the Alps on a side and to the sea on the other!Hopefully you may enjoy it during your holidays in Liguria!Ìý
Aperitivo!! I adore this word!Ìý"Happy hour" were once associated with beer. Now, if you go in an ½ûÂþÌìÌà bar - from 18 to 20 - you can enjoy an aperitivo and a lot of good "stuzzichini" with it, just ordering a bitter or a martini con ghiaccio.ÌýOf course the aperitivo is becoming more expensive, but you could consider it as an antipasto, cause you won't be too hungry after you had one.
Quote Heiko:"There is some evidence that red wine (a glass or 2 a day!) has beneficial effects on the heart"That's true.My father applies the well known rule of the apple, to the wine:"A glass of wine a day, keeps the doctor away".. actually he often - if not everyday - drinks a half glass of red wine at each meal. For wine lovers, here's a selection of the best (sardinian) wines..Enjoy and ..drink it with moderation.. :)

ÌýOf course it depends on your personal tastes, but I find that the following ingredients can Ìýmake your lasagne tasteful:1) ragù Ìý2)Ìýprosciutto cotto and provolone3)Ìýhome-made besciamella!!Ìýthis will add a delicate flavour to your lasagne..that's sure!If I'd were, I would avoid to use Salame..they may taste too salty..Buon appetito!
