Hi Karma, thanks for sharing your story and your love for Italy with us.Hope to hear about new holidays in Italy and that you found more italian friends or lovers of all things ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ!Â
Of course it is necessary to getting around in the place where you'd like to live, before actually go and buy a house. Hope that the article could be a good guide, and that you'll find a place in Italy that you like to see and also to live in. In Bocca al Lupo!Â
Hi,we italians say "volere è potere", which means that if you want something, you'll get it - a little like "What you see is what you get".It seems that you are on the good way to become an ½ûÂþÌìÌÃo Doc: you have 4 children called with italian names, you are learning ½ûÂþÌìÌà and have a house in Italy! Plus your ancestors are ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ, so you may have a knowledge of italian culture. But "non si finisce mai di imparare" (there is always something new to learn), and you should actually live in Italy to become a real italian and:- make very long queues at the Posta - pay new taxes even when you thought you had paid them all- go to multiple offices to get something fixed..I think you need some time to get used with all of that.. What can I say.. I'm ½ûÂþÌìÌà and can afford to live here, so why shouldn't you!Good Luck! In bocca al lupo!Â
According to this article:it's a tax that only residents in Terni Province have to pay. This is causing a debate wether residents of Perugia should pay it too - giving the fact that Tevere crosses Perugia territory as well.

Che ci sto a fare qua, io?  - Scusa, quest'ultima frase ha una struttura un pò difficile da tradurre in inglese.Comunque hai ragione [ you're absolutely right ], potrebbe farti comodo una persona di origine italiana che ti aiuti a tradurre dei discorsi in inglese [ it's not a bad idea to look for someone who helps you to turn italian into english speech ]; Potrei offrirti il mio aiuto ma si tratterebbe di tradurre frasi o un testo, il che non ti aiuterebbe tanto[ I would be more than happy helping you to translate some phrases or an entire text, but that would be written only and wouldn't help you that much. My personal advice is to go to the nearest University of Foreign ½ûÂþÌìÌÃs and post on the wall that you are looking for someone to practice ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ. I'm sure that many students would be happy to help you, cause they would learn something more about English too! ]Per quanto riguarda i Dual ½ûÂþÌìÌà Articles, spero ti possano aiutare.
