Hi, Wow what a fascinating job you have, it all sounds wonderful. The house we are buying is small and old in Abruzzo but most definitely not worthy of a mention compared to the amazing buildings you work on.
Enjoy the forum I know I do.

Wow....we have just bought a 18th cent building that once was a chapel and it needs very sensitive treatment, especailly to the stonework outside and the old brick floors..I will certainly be in touch with you and if you want a holiday in abruzzo when we're done!!

Thanks everybody!
Actually, I like smaller buildings, because I think they say more about the people who lived there, and the time they were built in- if you know how to read them!
Manopello- your project sounds interesting, let me know if I can help! what type of stone is it, and what problem does it have?
Thanks again,
David
