Here we go...assuming you have saucepan to deep fry them in.... Matthews stuffed flowers....from Sarah \ravens Garden cookbook...have made...delicious...  16 flowers 200g peas - frozen is fine 300g Philadelphia or other cream cheese Salt and Pepper Small bunch parsley, coarsely chopped 1 tbsp olive oil Olive oil for frying  Tempura 225g flour 2 eggs 375ml cold lager Salt and Pepper Make batter.  Sifted flour and seasoning in bowl, well in the centre, add eggs and with balloon whisk mix in the lager to make batter thickness of double cream.  Put in fridge. Remove stigmas from flowers.  Cook peas in salted water for 3mins.  In bowl combine peas, cream cheese, S&P, parsley and a little of the oil. Using fingers part flower petals, leaving a finger inside to keep open, stuff flower with tsp of mixture, seal the pointed end with a twist. Heat 10cm of oil to 170c in deep pan, making sure it doesnt come more than a third up the sides of pan (no thermometer drop cube of bread in, it should turn golden brown in less than a minute.)  Dip each flower in batter and fry them turning after 30 secs and again after 2 mins.  When golden remove and drain on kitchen roll.  Best eaten hot, sprinkled with sea salt and ground blk pepper.
Have to disagree with you. Fly with Ryanair normally 20 times a year...for last 5 years...Have never been treated badly and as others say good value...normally no more than £50 return often less...no one else can compete with their prices when you book on-line and in advance.   Ryanair is good and should not be given hard time so dont use and dont moan if not happy with service.
Hello ArthurE, did the Stansted - Ancona 5.00pm flight yesterday.  All good only 10 mins late landing. Plane only had 90 passengers so meant I had 3 seats to relax on and catch 60 winks. Hope yours behaves next week...did note a return happening leaving Ancona just before 9.00pm but need car or lift or sleeping bag at Stansted as arrival time around 11.00pm.
Just a thought, have you thought about fixing motor or electic thing to push bike...dont think you need to pay tax, insurance if you do....If wrong, sure someone will correct me....
Hope Harry much better now. Hope you feel bettter soon and yellow weed sets seed soon. Dylano's nose not so angry.....seems to have 2 tiny puncture wounds....not visable before, lost hair above nose but area not looking angry so thats good.... strange times....
Sure you will have alot of interested takers for this one..... ummmmmm, mouth watering delights and loads of other things....to bring back here in car. I am flying back to uk early May and was going to spend approx 2 weeks there before coming home....just inacase you still havn't found anyone to bring car back let me know...I'm the girl !!!! (Mrs D) and live round the corner from you in Gualdo. Cheers.
Thank you all for good advice... Bought flour with picture of cake and tart on bag. Found some sachets of 'lievito del pasticciere' too. Made a carrot cake that smelt good when cooking and does resemble a cake....Proof is in the eating tho'....sure the mascapone - sweetened with vanilla flavoured icing sugar will help it slip down a treat...
Sure all will be ok Am.... Did drive down with 2 x 18yrs young cats 5 year agao and Dylano of course. Did not stop over night tho' as thought best to get it over with asap......Both cats travelled well, settled down in baskets and slept most of the time......Enjoyed chasing lizards for 3 years and soaking up the sun, then both cats (they were sisters) died within 2 weeks of each other. No regrets....
