The garden is at it's most colourful now with iris's and roses looking good. Thinking ahead, I find July and August there is a lack of flowering plants.

We have a small satellite dish pointing to Hotbird and using an ½ûÂþÌìÌà Sky decoder received RAI 1,2,3, as well as Mediaset 1,2,3 and 4. We also received umpteen other stations including BBC World News and Euro News.
At the moment we have a small amount of money transferred from the UK, on a monthly basis, to our ½ûÂþÌìÌà joint bank account. If we were to transfer a one off sum of 3,000 plus euro to this account, would there be a tax implication, and if so, at
I live in Marche and have had, for 4 yrs now a plumbago growing in a pot as I thought it was not hardy enough to withstand the winters here.
I need to find a supplier of bay, lauris nobilis, to create a 100m hedge so am looking for approx 300 plants. Am I too late to buy bare root ? Can anyone recommend a supplier in Le Marche area. Many thanks.
Did look in search box for answer to the above but did not find a supplier? Does anyone know of one capable of providing mixed seed in bulk, native to central Italy.
Can anyone recommend someone in the Sarnano, Gualdo, Fallerone area who could repair a washing machine ?
I have a good vacuum cleaner, but need an attachment that has a brush angled at 90degrees for cleaning the dust etc off the tops of umpteen beams.... Can anyone recommend such a thing ?
Can anyone advise..... Â We live in a small stone house that was renovated in the 'rustico' style approx 15yrs ago.
Just enjoyed a lovely bass cooked on the BBQ. Â Not being very scientifically minded, if I was to bury the remains, head, bones and tail and plant something on top would it rot down and become what we know as blood, fish and bone ???

Followed Alan H's 'Waitrose' recipe and can thoroughly recommend. Best to stick to small quantity (1KG apricots) tried making twice the amount first time, ( being greedy) and ended up overcooking it a bit as was obsessed with getting the setting point just so (make alot of excellent runny jam), and stuck to ordinary sugar as recipe said. 2nd attempt just perfect......
Thanks Alan for that, like the recipe as no water or lemon juice, just sugar and apricots....Also like the idea of prepering then having a long rest before the cooking as the thought of jam making in this heat doesn't appeal. Never turned jars upside down before either but it all makes perfect sense.
Please help Valentina or Robert..... Seems things just are not working,,,,can you please do something and report back...Will PM this to you too incase you too busy to look at threads....Think Alan H has worked hard on this and would be good to see it up and working....
Will go take a look now. Thanks for sorting Alan H...... Ummmmmm Husband for sale.... Mrs D x
Hi Sprostoni, Mrs D here, (think you were kind enough to give me a euro for change in P d Falerone he other week ?), Anyway, like you havn't found a really good sausage here....best so far is in Lidl's Tolentino, Salsicce originali di norimberga bollite, a bit like one of the herby lincolnshire? ones but only size of chipolata-14 in a packet, their Tuscan sausages are not as salty as most too but have thick skins (wont go into what they are made of...). Â Â Â Friend in Sarnano always buys hers from mobile van in main Piazza and says they are v good.... Will maybe try one or two and get back to you on that one...
Ikea Ancona ?
I do think it would be nice and right if someone would supply more info......to say things are or not happening...Is that just not the right way of doing things ?? Alan H seems to have the skills....is it soooo complicated ????? Dont know, just asking...............

Thanks Charlotte, So as I understand it from all the above, if my husband who has 5 children from previous marriage wants to make sure that our ½ûÂþÌìÌà house is left entirely to me all he has to do is have an ½ûÂþÌìÌà Will drawn up stating that he wishes the house to be dealt with on his demise by English (national) law so that his children will not be entitled to a share of it. (even though there would be a very small risk of his children challenging it.) Really appreciate your help and advice... Mrs D
