IÂ had a look at some Spanish sites which had interesting information on olive pruning; however, no English translation was available. Nevertheless, I found this site in English which practically gives the same advice that I read on the Spanish sites. I hope it may help: It looks as if you have an excellent crop one year, the next one is not up to the same standards.

We buy ½ûÂþÌìÌà films in DVD and we listen to the original version. The ones that are great are those which have ½ûÂþÌìÌà subtitles for deaf people as you listen to the dialogues but you also have a written version. It is great to practice.
