You don't own the room - don't use it.
Usual question - have you spoken to others in the area that have Pools?
Have you asked the Hotel if they have any recommendations?
Have you asked the locals whether they can recommend anyone?Also - do allow time for the wood to be properly 'seasoned'
Don't forget that if your budget is only E15,000 [or did you mean E150K?] that there are costs involved in completing on the purchase;-
