Anyone have any idea on pricing for an external chimney from a pellet stove to reach above the roof line on the 2nd floor of a house. I am posting on behalf of a friend who is not well enough to do her own research, so forgive me for being vague.

I think before you do anything else you need to see a commercialista, preferably one who has other clients who let properties. There is much more to their service than the filling in of the ½ûÂþÌìÌà tax return, and I would wait before you register your buisness with anyone else, depending on the scale of your operatation it may not always be necessary, but only the commercialista can advise on this.
80 Litres plus here Andrew, last year was rubbish, strange how it works out. Still more trees but we, and it seems our neighbours have thrown in the towel, enough, (but they are nearly 80 yrs old so have an excuse), whats mine?.

The best English things I have bought from Lidl are the imported frying pans, brilliant quality, heavy non-stick. This is from the store in Corridonia.
It was a treasure hunt tracking down our permisso in the days when they were required for eu citizans, they seemed to be passed around the local police stations for months, finally arriving in our local one in Falerone, we met many people along the way, all trying to be helpful (and useful to know when being stopped at 3am after an emergency hospital trip). Frustrating for you as you need it to work here, but perhaps part of the journey of living here in Italy.?, gets done in the end. Some of the first words etched in our brains were piano, piano .Hope you track it down soon.
