785 builder near Servligiano

Has anyone used Marco Caldon as a builder? I seem to remember someone saying he was very good and worked to time .. something fairly rare in Italia. Any advice would be most welcome. Janet

I have used Marco a number of times, and is very good, very nice and a well priced, for anyone who struggles with their ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ, he is a god send...

Thanks for your comments. When an agent says something negative one begins to wonder but we like Marco and trust him and thik that he is very fair. I only hope we dont let him down with delays in signing. Janet

No prizes for guessing which agent it was!! Marco is thouroughly reliable, and refuses to play the dirty games desired by certain agents, I am sure you will be satisfied with marco, and that he will be there to sort any problems that arrive from the endless paperwork involved. He has done it for me and for others I know, and, lets be honest, who REALLY believes anything an estate agent says. They probably have somone lined up for the job, and will take a tidy little back-hander for the recommendation. Sorry to be so negative, but I am continually hearing of sorry tales caused by estate agents, and to be honest there is one name which is cropping up far more than any other.
But to get back to the point, Marco has a very good team of people behind him, and gets the job done, when he sayes it will be done.
Good luck
Mike.

Hi Issy Marco Caldon almost sounds to good to be true, .I wonder if you could supply me with his contact details. Many thanks.... Danza ...

I can also recommend him. He has just finished some work on my house. If you want his details I can send them.

I'm sure Marco won't be able to work for everyone. I've worked with several good builders in the area. I can recommend 3M who are based in San Benedetto and you can ask Charles about them too. They do fixed price contracts, unlike everyone else I know. Rodolfo Monaldi, who's based in Montelparo, also works well. But it's more important to choose a good architect or surveyor and let them find the builders.

On that note has anyone got recommendations of architect in the same area?
