1990 Employment ideas

I wonder if anyone out there can advise me.
I own a house in the province of Piacenza over looking vineyards, its beautiful. However, I dont intend to retire there for another couple of years (mores the pity) so the only time we spend there are holidays. The house needs heating in the winter and cleaning prior to our arrival. The odd bit of work in the garden wouldnt go amiss either. I was talking to the son of a friend of mine who wants to move to Italy to live and I suggested that he should consider starting up a business carrying out this sort of service especially to people like myself.
Does anyone else think that this is a good idea and is there anyone out there that would use a service like this. I can asure everyone that this is not an advertisment, but if I receive a positive reply I might get him to use the Italy mag to contact customers.

Yes there are people who use such a service and people who provide such a service! In fact we provide such a service ourselves!!!!!! Not advertising as no link just answering your query.

i think is a good idea !! if you are honest and you know what you are doing you can make a good living out of it, we use lots of services like that in different regions, the think to consider is that there is lots of competition out there !! :)
