1979 Moving to Le Marche

We are moving to Monte Vidon Carrado , near to Montegiorgio in Le Marche. in January ( we go out on the 27th Nov to complete our purchase) Is there anyone who could advise us if there are any English speaking doctors and dentists in the area.also vets ,as the cats come too.

Any other local information would be appreciated.

Welcome to Le Marche, I live close to Monte Giorgio too, there aren't any English speaking doctors in my area, you'd need to ask your neighbours, but, the people at the ASL in Fermo are lovely, and will move doctors for you if you wish them to. There is an ambulatory vet, open early evening off the road from piane to Monte Giorgio, the road opposite Eurospin. There are three vet's who speak a little English, there is also a vet in the hospital in Fermo the chap who runs the pet shop in Piane (yes, it is down the side street) is a mine of information (But, Expensive :rolleyes: )

Everyone that we've talked to on the forum in Le Marche has been wonderfully helpful and very nice. Lot's of useful information about the area on threads posted.

Hopefully (if we can get a buyer for our home here :rolleyes: ) we'll be joining you soon.
