Hi
We could be intreseted as we are only in the next village down from Casola, Do you have any fixed dates yet ? and it would also be dependent how far the works on the house have progressed, but many thanks for the offer very kind of you.

Thanks for the info unfortunately we are 250 north of London. I expect you will go via Turin to Genoa rather than along the coast from France.

Kanea, when do you plan on driving over?

We have the exact dimensions and weight of the pieces (biggest is 4.2m x 3.1m approx), and this makes it too high to fit this van I believe- if there is enough interest to fill another taller lorry also, I and my friends would be happy to drive it down if people wanted to contribute to the overall costs on a fair share basis.
I am buying a house near Borgotaro in E-romagna this month with large empty double height stable which could be used to store your goods if Jan is a little early for ideal delivery, anything to help reduce the overall costs of transport.
Any use to anyone? Any suggestions for italian hauliers who do part loads also of interest since this item is so big. I am about to start my own saga with italian building regs, have read all the posts and learnt a lot!
The shed is for friends - not me, and yes they are applying for the DIA. If anyone happens to know of italian prefab shed suppliers on a 8m by 4m scale....let me know!
thanks Jude

Hi Kanea - have I missed the boat, er, lorry? I'm interested in getting a piano (upright not grand) from London to Lunigiana. Obviously I'd need to get specialist piano movers to deal with it each end, but might you have room on your lorry, and if so when might you be travelling?
Thanks!
Im driving over in the New year with a 7.57 lorry, only have a few pieces, beds, garden equipent etc and a small smart car on board, if any one needs anything brought over please contact me.
We would gladly put stuff on your truck for the return leg to England and pay toward the cost if that would be of use. I have sent you a P.M. with further details.
Interesting. Just wondering which route you are taking through Imperia and of course where you are starting from in England?
