1897 Restaurants open 24 Dec.

Does anyone know whether restaurants are open on the evening of 24 December. I shall be arriving on 23rd and don't fancy staying in to eat with my children - just the 3 of us on Christmas eve.

Most of the ones near to us are open but many just offer a set festive type meal and you would definitely need to book in advance. It would certainly be worth you phoning and booking a table just in case.

Hi Linda, We had lunch in Tarquinia on Christmas Eve and Lunch in Marta on Boxing Day last year. It seems to be business as normal with most of the restaurants as the ½ûÂþÌìÌÃs enjoy eating out, may be sensible to book though as everywhere was fairly busy. Great atmosphere everywhere. Tarquinia even carpet some of the streets in red, looks lovely!
