1890 This wkend in N Tuscany

Hi
Looking forward to a short fix this weekend - flying into Bologna/Forli on Friday 18th early morning and out of Pisa late monday night. Will be meeting up with friends around the Pescia area at some stage and roughly planning to stay around the Lucca area. Does anyone know of any festivals or anything going on that would be worth a visit? Also whats the weather like at the moment - prefer to travel light?!

We re in Lunigiana now & the weather is a bit chilly but fine (try [url]www.weather.co.uk[/url]) there s a bit of fog but no rain (unless I have now cursed it!)

There are local festa at the moment as it s chestnut/game season so you re bound to find something!

The forecast is for a cold weekend for all of Italy with temperatures well below 10C in many areas and a chance of snow on higher ground.

Thanks for the replies tho im not sure i like the answers. Although its typical timing as i was last in Italy in Feb when there was the worst snow for years!:rolleyes: Still thats the good thing about Italy - its still beautiful no matter what the weather.:D
