I have viewed a property with Enrico and found him to be a very helpful and from what I could tell honest guy. His description of the the property and photos were accurate and he provided brochures and pamphlets about the area we were looking. I did not buy the property he showed me because I couldnt afford to do the work required to get it up to my standard,no fault of his! Hope thats of help.

i have tried various search engines on the web to no avail

Hi,

you could try, even with no or little knowledge in ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ, the Yellow Pages:

go to [url]www.paginegialle.it[/url]

on the field 'COSA' type "agenzia immobiliare"

on the field 'DOVE' type "como" or whatever commun/city you want to search

click 'CERCA' (or press enter)

You get a list of all the agencies in that area and the bigger ones have web pages so that you start you search work, also you get all other contact info.

Hopefully this gets you going!

Lake Como (big area) or Como town? I was looking at properties around the lake last week, mostly West/North West. PM me if you want some details.
