If you want a real treat, try La Loggiata in Sarzana; not much of a view (it's in the centro storico) but the interior is a realy WOW!
There's also Trattoria Il Cantinone Enoteca via Fiasella Domenico 59 0187 627952
(I can't find the details as yet, but I'll keep looking ;))

I assume you mean a view of the mountains and now that I think about it I can't think of any restaurants in the area which have views from inside the restaurant although I can think of some which have lovely views if you sit outside - probably not a great idea if you are planning to book in the near future.
One restaurant with good food and a stunning view outside is the one in Apella called Montagna Verde. There's a link you can follow here with pictures: http://www.lunigiana.net/agriturismi/montagnaverde.htm
I've not been there myself but I understand that the food is very good at La Quercia da Oscar. It's in the plain around Masero and there are a number of windows around the large dining room. There's a link here: http://www.lunigiana.net/ristoranti/oscar/oscar.htm
Let us know where you finally decide to go and what the food was like. I like to build up my list of future possibilities.

Montagnaverde is a very nice place, freindly and a nice building, the food was very good and the wine was excellent, quite a drive up to it, we were in Tapponeco and walked up a public footpath when we got to the top the veiws were stunning, recommend you to try it, your are better to book it as sometimes it gets busy with local families.
.... for 'Lunigiana Restaurants', look in the thread 'Experiences of Lunigiana'. Several restaurants were mentioned as favourites. Maybe you could ask the individual posters for details.Derek
