1696 Florence hotels

Just wondered if anyone had stopped somewhere special in florence recently. Or had any special treasures to see or a special place to eat. I've been before so I've seen most of the main attractions. But theres always new tavernas and hotel cropping up.I'm willing to shell out a little since its a birthday trip.

This hotel is in a central location with very attractive rooms - try to reserve one with a direct view to the Duomo - you will be amazed - the Dome is perfectly framed in the large window frame.
Quatro Leone - is always busy and reasonable value with outside tables in a quiet location.

Try Monna Lisa Hotel verY central near to the Duomo. It's not cheap but the service and rooms are first class. Check out venere.com for booking
