1549 Puglia dream

:D Having visited Puglia in August 04 for two week holiday, thought! arranged return trip ,purchased new build,found builder, completed and moved in for an even better Holiday for 05.
Such trust and understanding with builder lead to great family relationship and exceptional extra help all thrown in!worth every euro!
now planning to visit every month and stay prehaps longer next year! work permitting?

I am in the Selva overlooking Fasano,great veiw with brilliant italian neibours.
new build constuction but not taditional,a bit contempory. but weather and food the same!

Hello Technically Blonde
I am in the Selva area above Fasano,quiet little road with great panoramic veiw,with great suportive neibours,all ½ûÂþÌìÌà with little english which has encouaged me to converse soley in italian, its amazing how well they understand me!

Sounds great - we can't wait to get there! Practising ½ûÂþÌìÌà like mad (especially on long car commutes to work - other drivers think I'm loopy!), but it's just not the same as being there.

i was very lucky delivered to my italian front door for £1300, everything was proffesionally wrapped as an unexpected bonus! not even a plate or wine glass boken!

Hi Phillip

We are moving in November. Full contents of a four bedroom house plus a five person hot tub and spa house! So far we have a quote of £6500 from European Removals and £15200 from Pickfords. Just waiting for a quote from Bishops Move who I used once before on a move to France.

Which removal company did you use

Good Luck! Be prepared with your cubic meterage of Furniture and weight? this you may already have if not fax your quote from Bishops for a quote after to speaking to cliffe,
I have no ties with this company but were recommended to them my self.although i think you may have 5 x times more furniture than me.

going with Bishops Move - they quoted 6200 + vat, but this includes the hot tub. And we have used them before so they are a known quantity. Thanks for your suggestions.
