Brilliant - thanks! I'm after something relatively cheap. Somewhere where we can use as a base more than anything. As long as it's clean we don't mind. Not sure wether B&B or a small apartment would be better.
Had prices from the Hotel Mistral & Meridiano - very expensive!
Thanks again, Sabry

very cheap accomodation needed in termoli

hi!
i'm really happy to read all this information here because for me it's also a huge problem to find any suitable accomodation in termoli. we (2 or maybe three girls aged 17,17,(18) from germany) want to meet some people from termoli we met on a school trip at the beginning of august for about 10 days. so, as we are students, we don't have a lot of money...big problem. we only need a place to sleep and to put our things (but we don't really want to camp), so we'd prefer everything that's clean and cheap. we also would stay in private houses and pay the owners. but we can't afford to spend more than 40€ a day. we don't need any food from hotel or sth, we can also go to the supermarket....we want to have a good time with our friends.... please, all you people with "insider information" can you help us? do you know anybody who has a free room and wants to rent it to three (normal, nice)girls? we promise that we'll behave very well and nobody will even notice that we are there. help!!
Hi
Can anybody recommend either a reasonable hotel, B & B or an apartment close to, or in, Termoli? Looked on the net, but to be perfectly honest it's all a bit hit and miss. Don't want to pay the earth, as we're planning on staying for 3 weeks in August.
Thanks for any help
And watch out for those flares
thank you so much! i did notice that the first question was quite similar to mine but i think it's a difference (especially for the persons who own the accommodation) between a small family and under aged girls. however, your links, particularly the first one, are very useful. thanks!!!!

Hi
My father inlaw has a 5 unit villa in nearby (10-15 mins) Guglionesi. Please go to www.vacanzamolise.com to see the property. If you are interested in renting a unit (2bedX2bath) I will try to get you a price for 3 week stay

That would be very useful - found a few, but they all seem to be very expensive (I realise it's peak season!).
We would be arriving sometime Saturday 30th July, and leave 20 dayslater (Friday 20th August?).
Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks

did you take a look at the website? what do you think? they are brand new. What is your budget?
In reply to A newbie all over again! by Annec
I did look at the website - unfortunately my ½ûÂþÌìÌà isn't brilliant (if it was spoken I would have no problem!) but it looks very good - almost perfect!
As for budget, it's flexible. It would be nice to stop somewhere where we could relax - in a hotel, at the end of the day, you go back to your room and that's it unless you fancy a drink in the bar. With a young one, it's nice to be able to get back and unwind a little. It's weighing up the pros and cons and balancing them out.
As an example, we've found a camp site with static caravans for about £1200 - that's cheaper than some hotels, but dearer than others. That's for the three weeks (well, 20 days).
Look forward to hearing from you again
Roger

Roger
I spoke with my Father In Law and informed him of your interest. I asked that he give me a price per day for one of his 2 bed 2 bath apartments (90-100 sqm in area).
He apologised for the website not yet translated in English but wanted to confirm that the property is brand new and this summer will be the first season it will be available.
The apartments are fully equiped including all furnishings, linen and are beautifully appointed etc. The apartments enjoy magnificent views (the best in Town). His August rate is set at Eur150 per day but considering you may be his first guests the best he can offer you is Eur130 per day.
He stressed that he understands you have a budget however he believed that this is excellent value considering the qulaity of his apartments, the time of year and compared to what you receive in near by hotels.
If you are interested I will forward you his contact details to arrange a booking. If you are interested I guarantee you will not be dissappointed.
Regards
Jason

That's great news Jason - thanks.
We want to stay close to some frinds we have in that part of Italy - funnily enough in the next village down, so the location is spot on.
I don't doubt for a second the quaity of the apartments and views. The pictures make it look excellent. However, we're having dinner with friends this Thursday who were trying to sort us out with some accomodation close by. I won't know until then if they've managed anything. Will it be OK to get back in touch with you Friday/Saturday this week?
Also, would your father-in-law give any discount for cash!?
Thanks for your help - much appreciated
In reply to A newbie all over again! by Annec
Dear Roger
No Problems about getting back Fri/Sat. I Will enquire about cash discount.
be in touch soon

Hi Jason,
Think everything about your father-in-laws place is perfect, so if we could start to sort something out for booking it that would be great.
Look forward to hearing from you soon

Dear Roger,
I will arrange for you to contact my father in law, his name is Johnny Battista and he is currently in Montreal, Canada. However the person in Guglionesi is a gentleman and family friend of the Battista's named Domenico Aceto. Please allow me to arrange the best contact and I will get back to you asap.
Unfortunately there is no discount for cash and you will appreciate the already lowered rate from EUR150 to EUR130. A deposit will be required however I am not sure what amount yet.
I will be in touch shortly. Should you want to call me I am on +61 41 37 37 376, GMT +8.
Regards
Jason

Dear Roger,
I have spoken to my Father in law and its best if you contact his family friend Domenico in Guglionesi directly to arrange the booking.
My father in law said that he will upgrade you to the 3 bed 3 Bath apartment at no extra charge as it has better views because you will be the first guests of Palazzo Battista.
In order to confirm the booking a EUR400 bank cheque is required as deposit. This will need to be sent to Domenico in Guglionesi.
Please contact Domenico on +39 0875 689438. Domenico speaks ½ûÂþÌìÌÃ, French and broken English.
If you have any queries or need any help please dont hesitate to email me at jasonbontempo@bigpond.com or call on +61 41 37 37 376
Regards
Jason
