Praiano! How lucky you are! We spent a great week there last year. As you wish to come to Tuscany, I think that you would enjoy Bagni di Lucca, where we spend part of the year, thermal spa and just a beautiful place, handy as a base to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Volterra...All can be done on day trips. There are some working farmhouses in the area. I will try to find out their names.
Thanks any help would be

I personally really love the Val d'Orcia region of Tuscany, if you base somewhere like Pienza, you can visit Montepulciano, Montalcino (great wine region), Monticchiello, and the thernal baths at Bagno Vignoni which are memorable. A great guide to Pisa can be found here /featured-story/day-tripper-pisaBagno Vignoni http://girlinflorence.com/2014/04/14/returning-to-bagno-vignoni-serendipity-alive/. most of all have fun!
