I wonder if anyone can tell me exactly what the rules are regarding cost sharing for a new roof.  I have a top floor flat, there is one under me (same sq.mt I imagine) and two small cantinas at ground level, one front and one back.  I understand
I am sure there must be other posts of this nature - I don't know because it has taken such a long time to manage to get into this new forum, never mind actually read any of the posts.
I was interested to read especially Britaly and Cardi's comments here. Â I always thought UK insurance insisted that the car be kept at an address in the UK and could only be used to travel abroad, but not be kept there permanently. Â Â Have you actually had this insurance via Axa Britaly? Â Â I also thought that in order to be able to legally drive a car on any public road in the EU, the car had to have current road tax or equivalent from another EU country. Â If all I need do is simply insure the car third party and not tax or mot it, that would be great, but it seems too good to be true! Â Â I am not a resident in Italy by the way, but spend roughly 5 days there every 6-8 weeks and a bit longer in summer.
Would you happen to know what the scale is? ie 60/40, 70/30.  I am meeting with a geomatro next month but would really like to know before then roughly how much money I will need to find. Any help would be much appreciated.

The "paperwork" is extremely simple and makes no mention of shared anything!
