Thanks Gromit and Babyeddiedog for your help,I will start to investigate using the eurotunnel, I hadn't actually thought about using it.You are right, It would be better the shorter crossing and driving north from there, at least we can keep an eye on Oscar all through the trip. Thanks AgainAuds
Sorry Gromit, We have a problem with our PC, as in it keeps switching itself off at the most inconvenient times...ie, as I was writing my post and then I don't know what happened!!. I am hoping to take my dog to Scotland with us in November and called a ferry company who operate between Belgium and Edinburgh. Taking our dog with them is not a problem, but the problem is for the 20 hour crossing he will be locked away, unsupervised in a kennel and we would only have access to him twice on the trip. As he suffers from epilepsy I am not very keen to be separated from him for such a long time as we have to administer valium to him when he is fitting.Could anyone recomend any crossing to the UK where , if we can't keep him in a cabin with us, at least we can have regular access to our dog during the trip. Also I would be very grateful to hear any experiences other pet owners have had with getting a pet passport arranged from the ½ûÂþÌìÌà side. Many thanks Auds
