1722 No title deeds for ruin

There is ruin in the grounds of our land measuring approx 400sqm - it was bombed in the war but still standing minus the roof. It appears on the commune plans, mentioned in the rigotto and the Geometra who carried out the survey confirmed that the commune would be happy to approve plans to restore the property.

I feel that we should have proper title deeds in place - just in case we want to restore or sell the ruin. Please can anyone advise how we do this or is it customary that ruined buildings stay unregistered?

Thanks for helping (again!)

The short answer is yes it is common.
As it appears on the comune plans you are already ahead of most and shouldn't have any problems.

Yes we have a few of these.Idon't quite understand what your problem is,If they are on the land register map (ie. theorically existing) then they are -basta.If you want to pull them down you can,if you want to rebuild/ restore
them/it you can with little problem from the comune,if you want to sell the property with these on the land map you can (you won't get more for the property anyway)so there really isn't a problem.
In fact we have two of these one only exists the other fell down years ago,one was,as is yours without a roof,we've pulled it down and are about to make it bigger using the volume of the no longer existant one in addition (it was v.close by)But don't expect elaborate title deeds they don't exist.Deeds in fact are pretty useless it only counts what is shown on the registered land maps you only may need them for administrative purposes.Hope that helps.
