Apparantly our GP in San Vito dei Normanni speaks English but have yet to hear him !!!...As 'The Smiths' say ...ask at the ASL that is who gave us ours and said he spoke English...I think because I can 'get by' in ½ûÂþÌìÌà he doesn't bother ...quite rightly too !!!.....will ask him next time i go. :)

Thanks you two. I don't want a GP, only the name and details of the Doctor in case we should ever need it when we (or family/friends) are over in Ostuni.
I know we can always go to the emergency room at the hospital, but it would be helpful to know of someone you could ring for advice.

I don`t know about an English-speaking doctor (my husband`s a dentist) :D but I`ll ask around. We`re in Martina Franca (not a million miles away) so I`ll see if I can find out. However, if you go to your local ASL/USL office they will probably know. Are you looking for a GP or just thinking about if you get a problem whilst on holiday?
