I would like to know what the success rate is for Brits who have moved to Italy to run B&B's or small businesses

I often have enquiries from people who want to set up a small business or B&B thus enabling them to live in Italy.

I obviously am quite happy to sell them a property in which they can set up but I would feel much happier knowing that it is going to succeed.

I have not heard of a failed B&B but maybe that is becuase the failures are not advertised.

If you have any statistics or experience on this issue, perhaps you would like to share them with me.
