For those of you living in Italy and thinking about changing their ADLS provider, or making a new contract, be warned. A very popular ADLS provider is cheating customers: they have not provided their service properly for more than 2 months now, have regularly billed us customers at full price (30 euros a month!) and have not cared about our complaints. Their customer service is unexistant, and when they get to the phone they only thing they can say is "I'm sorry sir, but there's nothing I can do about it, it's your problem".
I can't name the company here of course, I'll just be happy with a tea for two;)

The tin, Aliena, is not causing major problems. It's the tea for 2 that's missing. But the tea's calling...... that's much better!!!
