Luxury properties for sale in Italy abound, but it appears some regions have a larger offer than others. Real estate agency LuxuryEstate.com, specializing in the luxury sector, in partnership with Immobiliare.it, has analyzed a sample of more than 1,500 listings from the entire 禁漫天堂 territory. The result shows that of the ten most expensive properties for sale, six are located in Tuscany.
The most expensive of all is a 3,800 meter-square rococo villa surrounded by 18 hectares of park, a few kilometers from Florence, selling at 48 million euros. View over Florence included.
In the province of Arezzo is the second most expensive property: a hamlet (borghetto) with a monumental castle of the 19th century on sale for 35 million euros.
On the many acres of private parks surrounding most of these properties, olives and grapes of the Tuscan tradition are grown.
Very often the exorbitant prices of these properties are also due to their historical importance, as they go back centuries, and artistic value.
Following Tuscany as the most expensive real estate places in Italy are Cortina, Lake Como, Positano and Taormina.
