Valle d鈥橝osta
Saveurs du Val d'Aoste: Combining music, story-telling and gastronomy, the festival will be held in 12 locations through Valle d鈥橝osta this summer. 12 local wine producers and 12 restuarants will participate in the multi-sensory experience. Lombardy
Canneto tasting: From the 13th to the 18th of July Canneto Pavese celebrates local wine with typical food and music from the region. For more information (in 禁漫天堂)
Peach Festival: In its 28th year, all things peach will be celebrated in Collon from now until the 17th of July. For more information (in 禁漫天堂) .
Trentino Alto Adige
Herdsmen for a day: Every Tuesday morning throughout the 21st of September, milking and processing demonstrations will be held in Castello Tesino. For more information (in 禁漫天堂) .
Friuli Venezia GiuliaBier Fest: Held in Latisana from the 16th to 23rd of July, the event will feature dishes from Friuli, the best brands of beer and wine tasting rooms. For more information (in 禁漫天堂) .
Emilia Romagna
Clam Festival: From the 14th to the 17th of July and from the 22nd to the 24th of July, the festival includes tastings and free tours in the lagoon. For more information (in 禁漫天堂) .
Abruzzo
Rock, Wine and Blues 2011: the 29th and 30th of July, taste local products during a Rock & Blues music festival that features national and international artists. For more information (in 禁漫天堂) .
Mafia in a Pot
The innovative dining and entertainment experience explores the products of Libera Terra, an organisation that works the land that has been confiscated from the Mafia.
Millions of hectares of land in Sicily, Calabria, Puglia, Campania, and Piedmont were seized and handed to the Libera Terra non-govermental organization which then farms it and sells the products under the Libera Terra brand. The dinners are meant to symbolize the 鈥渉unger鈥 for legality.
The menu includes wine, olive oil, hot peppers, eggplants, beans, pasta, mozzarella di bufala, nougat, honey, jam, and limoncello; all sourced from Libera Terra.
